LEADS has current openings for telesales positions and inside sales associates.
LEADS is a business to business inside sales company. We work on a consulting basis, serving as the inside salesperson for our clients. We offer unique expertise and specialized services to increase our clients’ sales/business.
Inside Salespeople and Account Managers are required to call on Director and C-Level Executives in industries ranging from healthcare to retail, from advanced manufacturing to broadcasting, from professional services to technology.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Produce a minimum of 10 appointments per week by aggressively prospecting new contacts.
- A minimum of 7 of the 10 appointments per week must receive a quality rating of 3 or 4 as measured by the client.
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.
- Ensure and maintain proper usage of client’s contracted hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Inside Salespeople and Account Managers must be able to cold call, get through the gatekeeper, handle objections and identify sales opportunities through aggressive prospecting and working in a team environment. Employees must be organized, highly-motivated self-starters focused on driving rapid revenue opportunities for our clients.
PERFORMANCE:
Performance will be reviewed on an annual basis, near the employee’s anniversary of hire date. Reviews will be based on ability to retain client business, meeting the requirements (both primary functions and qualifications) as outlined above and number of new accounts generated by LEADS prospecting. This review will play a major role in determining adjustments in salary as well as distribution of accounts and areas of responsibility.
Inside Salespeople are eligible for Account Manager testing after their 90 day probationary period. Based on knowledge of the position and performance there is opportunity for advancement with increased responsibility and earning potential.
