How do you establish a database?
A database is developed based on the parameters that you establish. We identify and develop the database using parameters such as size (# of employees or sales volume), vertical markets and industries, geographical area (zip codes, cities, states, etc), etc.
How do you customize to meet our needs?
We work with you in developing the presentation – identifying common objections (and developing effective responses), learning the history of your company (how long you’ve been in business, who some of your customers are) and discovering the unique benefits that your company has to offer.
The prospect we are calling on your behalf views us as an inside salesperson working from your office – it is a seamless presentation. We identify ourselves as “This is Mary with (your company name)”. When a prospect returns our call, the number they are calling in on identifies that call as your company – so we can answer that call accordingly.

What reports will I get?

Most reports are provided in an excel spreadsheet and are typically e-mailed once a week.
We are also able to send you monthly reports – which detail how many hours were spent on your account and the number of appointments that were achieved. Bottom line – the ROI you are receiving.
Why do I have to pre-pay a retainer?
Your retainer guarantees your exclusive spot for your service / product in your territory.

Are there any guarantees?
