Joining the organization in 2008, Richard Burge brings over two decades of experience in sales, management and operations to the team of Your Sales Leads, Inc. He has proven successful in the supply chain and telecommunication industry encompassing extensive leadership, sales training, mentoring, networking and operations, including five years as Owner of All About Floors.
Rich is a firm believer in empowering his team and is invested in their success. Specializing in B2B consultative sales, he develops, teaches, and ensures consistent delivery of the LEADs methodologies resulting in measurable and sustainable business growth for our partners.
As Chief Operations Officer of LEADs, Rich focuses on mentoring and motivating the Client Advocates to ensure that they meet and exceed our partner’s expectations.
He holds an Associates Degree in Business from Stephen F. Austin State University. His hobbies include staying fit, camping and spending time with friends and family. A proud supporter of the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Rangers he is actively involved in a number of community functions. A loving and devoted father of two, he currently resides in the far North Dallas area.
